Luisa was one of the very few people at CSL where the sky was the limit. Her passion for developing programs that really delivered was fantastic. She continues to inspire me with her passion and pragmatic approach to opportunities, and was instrumental in my journey to follow my passions ... to just start! A valuable and down-to-earth mentor and leader.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Luisa during the initial stages of a major transformation project for a leading Health Care Provider. Luisa was in charge of developing a leadership and change program that developed the capacity and capability of the businesses emerging leaders. Luisa embodies Human Factors and during the planning and design stages of both of our projects I was able to see just how much care and attention to detail she put into her program. Luisa is able to build real relationships with people across all areas of the organization whilst creating content and learning strategies that are challenging, engaging, and thought-provoking. She is always keeping up to date with the latest and greatest in leadership, change, and L&D and is prepared to try new things to embed social learning into her programs. Not only did this challenge the existing status quo it also allowed the learners and participants to connect and build REAL relationships and in turn care more about the program and the business. I really look forward to more cool projects and Luisa and I get to work side by side in the future. Until then I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
